Run Summary
Masters
Generates pallet moves from JWL Racks to Picking Zone based on dispatch demand. Most order types: picking zone first, then racks oldest-first (FEFO, min 65% shelf life). General-Trade & Retail are an exception — freshest first (LEFO), rack stock only, and only pallets manufactured within the last 15 days.
Lists every PO still in open/pending status beyond the selected age threshold after PO punching
(Emiza and Prozo order types excluded).
An automatic summary email also goes to stakeholders daily at 7:00 PM IST (at the default 72h threshold).

Lower rank claims stock first. Reserved cases are set aside for matched POs before normal allocation, and matched POs also sort ahead of others within their approval tier (Approved orders are never displaced by an Open one). Unused reserve is released back to the general pool after matched POs are served. GT/Retail marketplaces only ever reserve fresh ≤15-day stock.
