Generates pallet moves from JWL Racks to Picking Zone based on dispatch demand. Most order types: picking zone first, then racks oldest-first (FEFO, min 65% shelf life). General-Trade & Retail are an exception — freshest first (LEFO), rack stock only, and only pallets manufactured within the last 15 days.

Lower rank claims stock first. Reserved cases are set aside for matched POs before normal allocation, and matched POs also sort ahead of others within their approval tier (Approved orders are never displaced by an Open one). Unused reserve is released back to the general pool after matched POs are served. GT/Retail marketplaces only ever reserve fresh ≤15-day stock.
Marketplace Block ListStop the planner from allocating any inventory to a marketplace (or specific SKUs) on the next run.

A block forces the planner to allocate zero JWL/Manesar inventory to matching POs. Leave SKU(s) blank to block the whole marketplace (e.g. Amazon / ARIPL). Blocked demand still appears as shortage so you can see what went unfilled, and the freed stock flows to other POs. Set a Marketplace or Customer on every block. Applies on the next pipeline run.
