Production Plan Recommendation — Pending POs
JWL stock minus units already committed to approved POs = what is really left after dispatch.
Every open PO is then served against that, tightest deadline first. What the stock cannot
cover is what production has to make. A PO unlocks only when every line on it is covered.

Vehicle Inward Priority — Unload Order
Vehicles still in transit to JWL, ordered by how much of the pending shortage each one clears.
The ranking is the production plan's own SKU priority carried onto the load bringing that SKU, so the vehicle
answering the most urgent demand is unloaded first. Each pick consumes the need it satisfies
before the next is scored — two vehicles carrying the same short SKU cannot both claim to solve it.

Masters
Generates pallet moves from JWL Racks to Picking Zone based on dispatch demand. Most order types: picking zone first, then racks oldest-first (FEFO, min 65% shelf life). General-Trade & Retail are an exception — freshest first (LEFO), rack stock only, and only pallets manufactured within the last 40 days.
Lists every PO still in open/pending status beyond the selected age threshold after PO punching
(Emiza and Prozo order types excluded).
An automatic summary email also goes to stakeholders daily at 7:00 PM IST (at the default 72h threshold).

Lower rank claims stock first. Reserved cases are set aside for matched POs before normal allocation, and matched POs also sort ahead of others within their approval tier (Approved orders are never displaced by an Open one). Unused reserve is released back to the general pool after matched POs are served. GT/Retail marketplaces only ever reserve fresh ≤40-day stock.
